1 Programme Participation Terms

• Participation in O.N JUSTSTART NPC programmes does not guarantee funding, incubation, or business success.
• Acceptance into training or mentorship programmes is at the sole discretion of O.N JUSTSTART NPC.
• O.N JUSTSTART NPC may remove a participant for misconduct, non-participation, or breach of rules.

2 Educational Nature Disclaimer

All content, training, mentorship, and guidance provided is for educational purposes only. O.N JUSTSTART NPC does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Participants are responsible for seeking professional advice before making business decisions.

3 Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

• Participants retain full ownership of their ideas and intellectual property during NPC programmes.
• O.N JUSTSTART NPC does not claim ownership of any idea, concept, or product shared during training.
• Participants agree not to falsely claim ownership of other participants’ ideas.

4 Confidentiality & Information Sharing

Participants may be required to share business ideas for learning purposes. O.N JUSTSTART NPC will take reasonable steps to maintain confidentiality but cannot guarantee absolute protection. Participants are encouraged to protect sensitive information at their own discretion.

5 Transition to Incubation (Pty Ltd)

• Participation in NPC programmes does not obligate a participant to join O.N JUSTSTART Pty Ltd.
• Any transition to incubation or equity-based support will be governed by separate agreements.
• Equity discussions (e.g., 10%) will only occur under the Pty Ltd, never the NPC.

6 Equity & Ownership Clarity

O.N JUSTSTART NPC does not take equity, shares, or ownership in participant businesses. Any future equity arrangements will be voluntary and contractually agreed under O.N JUSTSTART Pty Ltd.

7 Code of Conduct

Participants must act professionally and respectfully toward mentors, staff, and fellow participants. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, or unethical conduct will not be tolerated. Breaches may result in immediate removal without notice.

8 Use of Materials

Training materials provided remain the property of O.N JUSTSTART NPC. Participants may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit materials without permission. Materials may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

9 Publicity & Media Consent

O.N JUSTSTART NPC may use anonymized success stories, testimonials, or programme outcomes for promotional purposes. No sensitive business information will be published without explicit consent. Participants may opt out of publicity upon written request.

10 Limitation of Liability

O.N JUSTSTART NPC is not liable for financial losses, business failure, missed opportunities, or third-party actions. Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

11 Programme Changes & Availability

O.N JUSTSTART NPC reserves the right to modify programme content, change timelines, or pause/discontinue programmes. Reasonable notice will be given where possible.

12 Eligibility & Accuracy of Information

Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information. False or misleading information may result in disqualification. O.N JUSTSTART NPC may verify submitted information.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall fall under South African jurisdiction.
